Walking
It was another beautiful day, so after parkrun (finish tokens), we went for a walk. Not just any old walk, but a near-ten-mile trek cross country.
Mr Pandammonium’s plan was to walk from home to Prickwillow (see extra) to Stuntney (see extra) to home. I gingerly put my aching foot down at Stuntney and told him we were getting the train back from Ely.
The sun’s warmth occasionally disappeared behind the clouds, which grew as we walked, and the fens wind was cold when unfettered by poplars, buildings and river banks.
The walk took three and a half hours (excluding breaks), and I am knackered.
