X marks the spot

The sunflower seeds are planted and the location marked with a stick - four places, four sticks. I admit that I didn't plant them myself, it was the gardener who keeps our garden from being a jungle! But they are in the ground now and I hope they grow up strong.

I did the six mile circuit on my bike again through the woods and back. It was less fun without Neil and I didn't stop for a cup of tea half way.

The wind is cold but it's been lovely to have some sun.
