10/10 to the people down the street who have spoiled passers by with a lovely Easter display.
I’ve been having a few quiet days since returning from Newcastle, but today I got out for a walk in the locality and I managed the same circuit I had achieved by mid November before what ever it was made a dent in my fitness levels. Coincides with news that the cardiologist is satisfied with where I am at the moment and no changes needed to my treatment at present.
