Delicious!

I'm not actually sure what this stuff is but it tastes amazing. Basically it is a cordial type drink but I am not sure what the ingredients are and I didn't like the smell of it in the bottle. There are very few cordial/squash drinks I do like. But Watan made this with water, lime or lemon juice and basil seeds, and it was amazing. The seeds were dried ones and they were soaked in hot water for a good while first. They are the little bubbles you see in the made up drink, and they give it a lovely texture when you drink it - a good mouth feel! It tasted like nothing I have had before, though of course it has a citrussy kick.

I took this photo last night after midnight so it counts for today! I'm at work again tonight!

I've been to my Dad's and once again there was a mountain of paperwork to deal with - all a lot more straightforward than it looked. The only problem was  a missing bank statement. We turned all the paper storage places upside down, getting rid of loads to the recycling in the process but could not find it. Then we realised it was on my Dad's table - he had used it as a drinks coaster/placemat! I think I'd better photocopy it rather than send the actual document!

Home now and I'm trying to watch the Challenge Cup quarter final rugby league game between Catalans and Saints whilst doing everything I need to do before work. Saints are winning unfortunately!

Tomorrow we will be going to Wakefield to see Wigan's game - hope we play well and win!
