There is an unknown story behind this.

Sunny at last and while walking Brown Dog spotted this. Unknown if it reflects cruelty (there is a secondary school not far away) or a joyful expression.
(I had seen this before but the sky made a Blip worthwhile).


EDIT-- I also put this on Instagram and a few people told me this was a gang related symbol-usually denoting where a member had died.
