Phnom Penh

Not quite Cambodia; in fact in no way like, in so many ways.

Ironic perhaps that in a country where few people suffer (relatively), a café has arisen on a site where at least one person did.

I'm not drawing comparison, but the idea of today buying lunch from this place, to photographing it over 2 years ago was thought provoking.

BTW, Phnom Penh won't be here much longer. It's not busy enough apparently; "the parking is terrible". But I'm not entirely convinced she had her heart in it ... especially given I stopped because we need to support start-ups like this in our city.
