Inspiration

A bit of escapism and inspiration from Martyn Doolaard. It’s a big heavy book with large photographs which can only begin to convey the immensity and wonder of the landscapes passed through. I like the write up - it’s very easy to read and reflective.

A very windy day but one filled with sunshine. I managed a quick trip to my allotment at lunchtime to plant a few potatoes which had gone over in the cupboard but will be fine for growing more potatoes. The day was also cheered by a delivery of two new (wooden) compost bins - they are seconds so I got them for a bit less than the normal price.

A bit of aromatherapy study this evening, before a bath and bed. Hope this finds you well.
