Heading up to Blairgowrie for the weekend for a 60th wedding anniversary House party.Sis and I are driving separately as she has to head back Monday whereas I am heading north with the party! So we decided to take a slow drive with lots of stops!
Our overnight is at Gretna services - cheap and cheerful and of course not far from the Solway Firth. So after an interesting fish and chips supper at Harry Ramsdens (a dire alarm went off and we had to evacuate!) we headed to Powfoot to see if we could snap a sunset. Alas cloud cover was strong but it made for some nice skies anyway
