Invaders

Wild Onion Allium canadense, aka wild garlic, meadow garlic is a perennial plant native to eastern North America. It grows really wild in a neighbor's yard and is considered a 'weed' in some circles! I think that it's buds and flowers are just beautiful! But then it's not trying to 'take over' my yard. I'd most likely feel differently if it was. Because invasions look very different when they're happening in your yard, on your turf.
