"Fixing" our beautiful River Avon...

I had an early start this morning at the hospital.....(still trying to find out what happened last year!!). On my way back home I drove alongside our beautiful river that meanders through Christchurch. These guys were working in the river(they had thigh waders-actually went to their armpits!!) It looked like they were stabilising the banks. I was taken with the digger midstream.
