A necessary request

Spotted this sign in a planter this morning. Why do people have to be asked to dispose of their garbage properly?  Grrrrrr....
I went to a proper salon today to get my hair cut. G and I have been going to the same hairdresser/barber for years and I decided to try the hairdresser that our young neighbour recommended. She has curly hair too and told me that this stylist cuts hair dry. Happy with the cut so far, and I'll see how it looks tomorrow.
