On the way home

It’s a short 25 mile drive to where Charlotte works. She gave me a private tour of the Boutique. It’s stuffed with immaculately tailored clothes. All designed, sourced and made in the UK.
She’s been working there since November last year and absolutely loves it. I didn’t drink any of the champagne on offer or buy anything today - perhaps another time.
The rest of the 275 miles drive home passed with a period of rain, spray and surface water prior to Birmingham. Contrasting with the calmer Cumbria parts of the M6. Not bad really considering it’s the Easter holidays.
