WFH, waiting the plumber. The diagnosis is as suspected: the lead waste pipe coming from the kitchen is leaking and needs to be replaced. Awaiting quotes now and seeing if neighbours want to join in with the fun and get their lead pipes replaced. Otherwise a quiet day of sorting out various bits and bobs.
