Maybe add some gin

That was the comment made by friends when I won this in the raffle at the charity lunch today.
Had yet another text to remind me that I have a dental check up tomorrow and a message on my answerphone asking me to ring them.  I did this, and it was to check that I am keeping my appointment. Doh!!!
I am asked to fill in the questionnaire on my phone too.  In the old days they gave me a clipboard with a paper on it and I just signed to say there was no change or add any amendment needed for my records.
I queried this and they said they are now 'paper less'.  If you say you cannot or do not know how to do it, they have to fill it all in for you on the computer when you get there.  Time consuming and frustrating for patients and staff.
