Faded grandeur

I haven't blipped a flower for ages now, or done any indoor photography either, and I wanted to show some solidarity with others whose photography has been impacted by the wet and very windy weather.  So with a heavy heart I went outside and picked these wind damaged  daffodils each of which seem to have had a pretty tough time of it. 


The weather is due to be really windy tomorrow, but that's a problem for another day.  Instead, I need to get started in reviewing the 70 Tiny Tuesday entries this week.
