Ornithogolum - Common name - Star of Bethlehem

For some reason a small clump of these flowers has taken root in the doorway to the greenhouse. Last year the same happened and I removed them after flowering, but must have left a few deep seated bulbs behind. I later returned from a sortie to the garden centre enthused with the idea of a late sowing of French Marigold seeds which are quick to grow.Turned out to be an under whelming experience with just 5 seeds in the packet instead of the 50 indicated!
