This e-mail thudded into my inbox today.  My heart sank, and then I began to read...

IBM have "improved" something.  They have "migrated  all ideas on a single company-wide IBM Ideas Portal, where we are building* a way to provide you witha  single view of your ideas".  I got goosepimples reading that, the hair on the back of my neck stood up, wolves howled and the cats hid under the bed.

That was a lowlight of the day.  

Highlights were noticeable by their absence.  Again.

*building - not built.  It's a work in progress until something else takes priority.  My guess is it doesn't work, won't work and will be horrendous to use.  Not really a big change.
