Straight

Part of my walking route down to the Supermarket, which I did this morning after my Interval Training session. It is just over a round trip of 1 mile, including entering the store, picking up my hot chicken from the hot food counter paying and walking back home. A few spots of rain there and back, but not enough for me to put a hat on. 

Some chores today, have a beef casserole in the oven, which will be ready for dinner this evening with plenty left over. Ironing is also on the list as there are short sharp showers here this afternoon.
