we're putting on the dog tonight

this is Candy. I know!
she was rescued and named already.
so far, I've avoided posting shots of her. she's infinitely lovely, so I didn't want to fall into the 'lazy dog portrait' habit.
I couldn't resist this one today, though. it just really looks like her. not just what she looks like, but what she IS like.

I just got home from hosting my first pub quiz in my local. it was loads of fun.
there's a real mix of people who drink in the pub, so it was a nightmare to write. I wanted to give everyone a sporting chance.
hopefully, they'll have me back another day.
