Tall

This is an old industrial mill site in town. They are converting the area bit by bit for public space but I am not sure what you could do with this huge structure.

We had our lovely granddaughter here for the day as the school was closed for teacher training (called a pupil free day). First she and poppy went for a bike ride then I suggested we go to the movies. We saw The Duke which we all enjoyed. I only go to see a film every few years. There were only 8 of us in the whole cinema.

After that there was a gathering for our political group hoping to get an independent into parliament next election. I’ve never been in a political group before but am not happy with the way party politics takes away from our wishes when it comes to voting in parliament. My main concern is lack of climate change action and lack of integrity. We also had Onken the puppy here today. She is a funny little thing and will be easier to manage when she can’t fit through the fence and escape.
