Cold and Wet

A leisurely departure from the hotel at Malpensa in the morning. Quite heavy rain and cool after sitting out next to the pool yesterday. Looks like we are in for a cool spell.

The road to Lenno is rather tortuous at the moment as the usual road has been closed for four months. The west side of the lake is essentially cut in half a mile or so south of Lenno. We take the ferry over from the east side.

After unpacking the car a walk to the lake. One of the fast ferries is coming in as we pass the ferry dock.
