Helicopter

Well it was officially the last day of my holiday today. Kids and Carlos are off tomorrow though so strange mood in the house.

I had a long lie to start the day then made pancakes and did a couple of blocks on the patchwork quilt. In the afternoon I popped over to Marisol's new house for a blether and a spot of decorating. Tesco for essentials then home to complete the clear out by sorting out what I call the inside-outside (most folk might call a porch). Feels good to complete my list of holiday chores.

In the evening I made dinner, did a wee bit of work to get my head back in the game and had a nice bubble bath.

I've really enjoyed my time off and hope the week/term ahead isn't too stressful!
