Daff-a-dilly

So many gorgeous daffodils around!

Today felt like a busy day, normal morning then a quick trip to the zero waste shop before the afternoon garden.

It was a newly built property with formal box hedging around the front windows. A bit early but I was going to clip them to tidy them as this was the last full visit before normal growing season work starts. Some of the plants had been barely dug into the soil so a quick tidy turned into feeding, mulching the roots, foliar feed and Caterpillar treatment. They should bounce back well. I had a surprise flap Jack delivery whilst I was there, this house is next door to RF!

This evening has been an evening of guitar practice and playing. Wrote a bass line to a new song, my mate is writing plenty at the moment.
