Mum has decided to get loft insulation to help with the heating costs, and had someone round to do it for her today. I received a very annoyed message from her whilst I was at work as the work man had managed  to put his foot through the bathroom ceiling, causing the light fitting to fall out. Luckily it just missed landing on the sink, otherwise that would have likely broken as well. He is paying for a new light and for a plasterer to come out.
