Lots more steps

Feel like I have been on my feet all day. Walk before breakfast, 5k run, walked Hetty after lunch then walked to daughters to walk her dog, back home for an hour reading then another quick walk with Hetty. My steps are certainly higher than a normal day.
The swans were on the canal path yesterday and today they were in the water.
