Reasons took me to Garston High Street (I don't think that's its real name, but why let details get in the way) this afternoon.
I've not really walked up and down it much before, having usually simply been in the car on the way to the Post Office or Lidl. So, a more gentle perambulation was a welcome diversion.
Especially when I found the Polish deli / grocer that has all manner of delights. Including a vastly superior Eastern European version of Cupasoup and more types of pasta than you could shake at stick at. Or even a broom.
We shall be back to see the delightful Polish women soonish.
This is not their gaff, however. I just liked the broom (non) arrangement.
