The Freeway Plant

is taking over the garden again... this time I will let it grow because it has all these little blue flowers, who are attracting the bees.
Of course it has a botanical name, Wildwood told me last time I posted these, but please forgive me that I can't remember where I wrote down the name. 
The water-drops are from the sprinklers.
PS: I googled: what is the name of the freeway plant with little blue flowers?
I found it: BLUE PLUMBAGO.. it is for sale 1 gallon plant for $12.50, I got it for free, it is a volunteer in my garden.
