Annie’s Mother’s Day flowers

Annie was given these beautiful flowers by her older daughter and they have gradually been opening in her absence.

Tomorrow will be cleaning day before she returns from Spain tomorrow evening! Betty will go wild when she sees her.

Today we went for walks at mount pleasant, mount edgecumbe and Saltram House, national trust place with extensive parklands! I filled up the car with petrol and it is now parked awaiting Annie’s return. Tomorrow will be shanks’s pony for walks. It will be very odd to walk without a dog after this lovely week with one!
