Long Lost Family

Teasing over.
My brother in law met his son (aged 56) for the first time.  He did know of his existence and that he had been adopted.
Peter his son, did a D&A test and was contacted by a niece who had used the same site. He then managed to trace his father.
David contacted me as he was not sure what to do, he wanted to meet him but was apprehensive about making arrangements.  I acted as go between and the meeting was today at my house.
I have got a lot of family tree information and Peter has copied all my records onto his phone.
By pure chance, they arrived at my door at the same time.
They were here for 8 hours.
By another coincidence Peter is now living in the area where his ancesters lived and is very enthusuiastic to find out more.  He wasn't told he was adopted until he was 8 years old and it came as a bit of a shock.  He had had a happy childhood and his adoptive parents have both died.
It has been a very interesting day!
Thy seem to have the same taste in clothes.
