Joe swimming again- I did the morning session, Doug the afternoon, and H enjoyed half an hour in the sand during changeover. Some good swims Joe, well done!

Then in MY swimming Coach nearly kills us oldies with several IMs followed by relay races. Still can't get my breath back! Crawled up the stairs to bed; not sure I'll be able to lift my arms in the morning, but then, as Joe said, "Do you need to lift your arms?"
