Black velvet!

A day of plate spinning. No word from the garage about my van so went to investigate and found her in the garage naughty corner.  She needs some welding done  but when were they planning on telling me. They could have phoned! I often wonder how these businesses survive!. Next I had to query a vet bill which I  had paid but they said there was another  hundred quid still to pay so why wasn't it on the damn bill.
After that I had to leave a phone message as the person won't answer a number they don't know!!
Then phone the pharmacist,  at least she was on the ball.
I had to call on one of my friends to be my taxi. 
Finally I had to order new bedding etc for the house we have as a self catering  which won't be much longer if the stupid government doesn't stop making life difficult be it by introducing new fire alarm systems  ( which don't always work) and having to register for some new short term let licence  which will cost an arm and a leg . It's meant to discourage air BnBs but their one size fits all is totally wrong!

You work hard to try to eck out some sort of living only to be tripped up by robbing bastard politicians who break every rule and law, are on the take and are so far removed from how ordinary folks lives and don't care anyway.
Time people took to the streets in protest instead of yacking on about how not to Heat your home of feed your family!. 
Politicians are fiddling while the UK burns!
