Buttoned Up

I was walking past a row of shops when Doink! , my head was pulled round by the sight of a trough full of buttons in a shop window. I stopped to look and realised that, because it was a dry cleaner and tailoring alterations shop, they must be the ones that fall off and get discarded.

I had to get a picture so went in and explained. The lady was happy for me to snap away. What great patterns and colours (or mono tones). I thought it might just work for today's mono Monday challenge. After all, you don't usually get this angle when you are buttoning up your trousers.
