My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,

It was just Losi and me in the office today but the floor mounts which hold the really big displays finally arrived. 

If you have been paying attention, you'll know we have been waiting for these since Wednesday. 

Well, since last YEAR actually. But we've known they were in Wellington since Wednesday. The couriers just seemed to have trouble putting the bloody things in the back of a truck and sending them to us. 

But finally they are here. 

Hence the look of feverish, nay rabid anticipation on my face.
