Rustic table
We went for a walk in Treborth Botanic gardens which is situated by the Menai Straits on the mainland.
We haven't visited for a couple of years and quite a few changes have been made since our last visit with different paths opened up, a wild flower meadow ( which should be nice in the summer), ponds and these wooden table sculptures by a local based sculptor Peter Boyd.
The gardens were designed in the 19th Century as a pleasure garden by the Railways but reverted back to the wild until the 1960's when the land was bought by Bangor University for their Botany department.
