Not a kite, not a bird,

I was strangely amused by this bird scarer when walking through an Industrial Estate today. It seemed to be doing the job. 'A' says they are common. I've never noticed one before. 
A chilled day. Walk, cleaning, cooking and some studying. 'A' left mid afternoon for England. Just a quick trip this time.
