No Signs of Puffins

Not much of a day, windy and rained the most of it. 

Up early, and a morning puttering about the house.  Headed down for my late shift in the airport.  I've been working on the check-in desk, and also meeting and boarding flights.  It's been a busy day of passengers, and a extra flight added.  We are starting to see more flights daily now.  Not much time to myself this evening, early night again.

I headed up the road at lunchtime, a brisk walk in the wind and rain.  Anytime now, the puffins should be returning home to Shetland, a great sight to see, and sounds of summer to hear.  I had a look about, didn't spy any, but didn't stay long with the poor day.  I'll check back in a few days again.  Taken at Sumburgh Head.
