Family time!

The family came for lunch today then we had a trip to the beach. Our son and grandson have a crab pot anchored in the rocks so they put on their waders (very low tide today) and went to see if there was a catch in it. There were two large lobsters but as they had eggs they had to let them go. My granddaughter and I sat on the beach and chatted which was lovely. We all went home to watch the boat race as is tradition from hubbies childhood. We each have a cream egg … hence the two photos! You can’t eat the egg till the mens race actually starts. The girls support Oxford and the boys Cambridge. The girls team won today. There was a lovely sunset to end a wonderful day!
