Saw this on a Facebook page recently and thought I would have a bash

It's Italian for bread in a shirt, the outer crust separates because of the slashing and rising and the seed layer stops it sticking

Some websites call it Italian Flower bread.

I will definitely make it again, the little crusty petals were lovely
