Hartford on the Otter

We  left Devon to drive but at Edinburgh at 830am and so I was walking the dog by the river just after 7.00am.  It was lovely frosty morning but I was a bit early for the sun which had only reached the hills to the west.  As I came into Hartford it was beginning to rise over the village.
