Junior Parkrun Day

L doesn’t partake in JPD on Sunday mornings due to her hectic gymnastics schedule. She likes to chill on a Sunday which is fair enough.

I often take H on a Sunday morning walk which intersects with the event so stop for a chat with the volunteers (as most of them are from the Saturday event and I know them).

Got a text though saying that MrsT thinks she’s broke her toe back home by hitting it off a door. Apparently it was facing the wrong way and she popped it back in. She’s waiting on a call back from the doc after calling NHS hotline.

Got the in-laws coming for lunch. I’m making a pot of soup and on standby to take MrsT to hospital if required.

We’ve also got some Lavender plants to plant in the front garden. The lengths MrsT will go to to avoid some heavy spadework lol…..
