The Rubber Turtle

In honor of our dear friend Admirer who hosted the fantastic Silly Saturday challenge for many years.
This is a rubber turtle I got for baby at Barnes & Noble on behalf of a friend, and as it turned out nobody liked it!
So I’ll probably take it back and find another toy. Some said the head was too big and bald, and others said it was disproportionate and even creepy. I laughed, I had thought it was cute and soft. Now, I’m not even sure. Everybody sees things differently.
Admirer would have found the right thing to say.
