Soaring High

While we were crabbing this afternoon this eagle soared way overhead. Crabbing wasn't good; we only got two keepers but it was fun being out on the water. I was able to get enough crab meat to make crab sandwiches on English Muffins for everyone and a few large leg pieces for each of the family to have one piece to dip in seasoned butter. I hope they enjoy them when they return from playing on the beach. I will make a big salad and kid-friendly snacks for the children. Maybe we will build a fire and make "Some Mores" after dinner.  We will go home tomorrow for Ellie and they can explore alone for a few days before we come back next Wednesday or Thursday.
