Graffitti tour.

We went on a graffitti tour today and it gave us a history into the peoples of Colombia . A lot of the artists are very famous and invited to come and paint walls. There was a lot of political graffitti exposing brutal crimes by the police. A very interesting tour. We then went to an art gallery where the whole collection had been donated by Colombia's most famous artist, Fernando Botero. He has collected lots of art work by Picasso, Degas LucienFreud, Chagall, Henry Moore to name a few. He has donated his own work and all his collection to a museum on the understanding it will be free to view. His own work is unusual! See my extra and if you are interested Google him.
