A Gorgeous Spring Day

And best news ever, I didn't have to go anywhere! I slept well after yesterday's long and busy day. Spent much of the day working outside in the new front garden, planting all the plants I've recently purchased. It still needs MORE! But I'm making huge progress and it's all beginning to make sense, well, at least for now. We'll see what it looks like when it starts to grow in. Then I puttered in the back garden for a while. There's still plants to move here and there. Hoping I'll have a little time to do that tomorrow after the grandkids leave.

Meanwhile, the tulips are opening and these are some of my absolute faves. There was a sprinkle of rain this morning so the tulips were looking particularly fresh!
