Duntrune Castle from the hill top, Crinan Woods.

We have had a lovely day.
We walked up the hill and were delighted with the amazing views over Loch Crinan towards Duntrune Castle. Such a beautiful wood - we heard the strong call of the nuthatch, woodpeckers drumming and saw a pair of beautiful bullfinches.l
A surprise meet up with blipper Mother Shipton as I was sitting out in the sunshine reading ! It was really nice to meet her properly and have a chat.
My sister and John arrived after 2pm and we went for a walk along the canal bank.
I woke feeling much better after a sleep and so far am still testing negative, though a bit wheezy.
So hoping for best.
