Saturday: Spring Flowers
There was a lot of very welcome rain when we got up this morning, just a hint of a breeze and temperature around 8°C.
Had a very lazy day.
Lunchtime salad: French & common sorrel, American land cress from the garden.
Picked some baby leaves from the Cavollo Nero (black Italian kale) to add to our curry and took cuttings from a Kale growing behind the garage - it's stem is about 6ft and is lying across the garden, it's very mild and makes lots of side growth.
Erythronium and Fritillary photos today - everything has slowed down since the temperature dropped mid week :-((
Hope everyone is having a relaxing and enjoyable weekend xxxx xxx xx
Stay safe & healthy & happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
