Spring / Snow

And there it is. The first snow of the new year. haha.
Yesterday had suddenly become quite cold and this morning there was a small layer of snow. In the 32 years that I have lived here, I don't think it has happened before that there is snow on my blossom tree. It has certainly snowed in the spring, but never before did my blossom tree just bloom.
Of course we were already spoiled with our beautiful soft spring, which is now disappointing. haha.
We scarified the grass last week. Now we have to wait another week before we can start fertilizing, because the temperature is now too low to fertilize. Tonight it would freeze 4 degrees.
So now on the couch. Blanket over the knees, candles and a warm cup of coffee. haha.
