Beached again

Today we gave our friends a beach day; something they see little of, living in London.  We went to Sheringham first and walked all along the promenade, where I spotted the heartfelt message spelled out in stones that I've added in the extra.  Then on to Rocky Bottoms for a late lunch.  Afterwards we carried on to East Runton and walked from there along the beach to Cromer.  Quite a few people around, several parachutists riding the thermals for miles along the cliff tops (one can be seen in this shot) and a small '60's' event by the pier with 60's scooters, cars, stalls and music being played.  A good day with lots of fresh air and exercise; we'll sleep well tonight.
