Atlantic Rower

This is C, one of a local rowing crew who are in training to row across the Atlantic - 3000 miles from The Canaries to Antigua - in December this year. They were at the monthly Portobello market to raise their profile as they are doing it all in support of the charity Body & Soul, who provide practical and therapeutic support for people of all ages who have experienced grave trauma in childhood. Had a bit of a chat with C about it all and the physical and psychological challenge involved in their journey. Made me feel rather unfit and unadventurous, as he is just two months younger than me.
