Of sideboards and soufflés

Fun evening with my parents. The occasion was further enlivened by an impromptu decision to purchase a sideboard while the soufflé was cooking, making it a race against time before the soufflé collapsed into a heap. Happily it emerged structurally intact (and delicious), and these candles should soon be residing on a shiny new home (instead of a packing crate).
